关于返乡潮

白领紧随在农民工后面开始撤离一线城市。这些白领认为自己曾经追求 的都市优越感、归属感、安全感已悄然消退，都市的光环开始黯然失色，房价贵、物价高、就业难，没有幸福感。大都市返乡潮涌动，越来越多的白领选择去二三线城市发展。

As can be clearly seen from the picture,a peasant worker is heading home with vigorous strides when a white-collar worker is running after him and telling him to wait so that they can keep each other company on their way home.Obviously,the picture reflects a common phenomenon in our society today :a great number of white-collar workers choose to flock home as they find life difficult in big cities. Many factors contribute to this phenomenon.Firstly,the widespread recession leads to high unemployment rate and many office workers lose their job and are in the plight of job-waiting for too long a time.Secondly,lots of white-collar worker don't entertain the slightest hope of buying a house of their own in big cities so they will return home sooner or later.Thirdly,the vocational competion is much more intense in big cities than in small and medium-sized cities. Given the factors I have just outlined,I can only say that more attention should be paid to the new homecoming tide.In my opinion,big cities should find out the reasons for brain drain and do something to retain the talents while small and medium-sized cities should adpot preferential policy to attract them.
