There are many wonderful plants in nature, such as: helianthus, Artemisia, cannibalism and so on. Today I would like to introduce the insectivorous plant pitcher.
It has a wonderful way to eat insects. It grows on the top of the leaves and looks like a honey pot. There are peach shaped leaves at the mouth of the pot. It is surrounded by dense juice and emits an attractive sweet smell, which attracts small flying insects.
One day, a scientist found that a centipede climbed to the honeypot to suck honey. The mouth of the honeypot was very slippery. Once the centipede fell into the honeypot accidentally, the leaves were immediately covered. The scientist opened the leaves and found that the predecessor of the centipede had rotted and was still struggling.
Nature is wonderful. I love nature.
